1. To secure admission into the course, students must either pay the full fee or a minimum of 50% of the course fee as the first instalment on or before the admission day. (As per Fee policy at prevailing time.) 
2. No Refund of Registration or Admission Fee i.e Rs 5000/- or as per policy refer to Cancellation and Refund Policy below.
3. Payment can be made in cash or online.
4. Subsequent instalments must be paid promptly to avoid fines and interest charges. 5. Failure to pay fees on time may result in students being barred from attending classes.
5. Additionally, students must provide ID proof, address proof, and a recent passport size photograph at the time of admission as per govt. instructions. Management reserves the right to reject any candidate’s admission based on its evaluation. 7. Lost study material can be replaced for a fee. 
6. Any increase in government taxes will be borne by the students.
7. Re-admission fees are not applicable if a student’s name is struck off due to non payment in 3 weeks tenure. Batch changes incur a fee.
8. Data Minds may alter programs, venues, timings, and days of classes without prior notice.
9. The management and mentors/trainers have the authority to expel students for misconduct, with no refund of fees.
10. No refunds or adjustments will be made for registration or admission fees after enrolment.
11. All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
12. We would like to clarify that while our course aims to equip students with valuable skills and knowledge, We do not guarantee job placement. We provide assistance, guidance, and resources to enhance your employability and career prospects. 
13. However, the responsibility of securing employment ultimately lies with the individual. We encourage students to actively pursue job opportunities and utilize the skills acquired during the course to their fullest potential.” 

Students are responsible for their valuables and must maintain discipline on campus.  Damaging property, disruptive behaviour, or use of abusive language is prohibited.  Smoking and consumption of food and drink in classrooms are strictly forbidden.  Mobile phones must be on silent mode, and staff may confiscate them if necessary.  Penalties may be imposed for guideline violations.

While Data Minds aims to provide training services diligently, unforeseen  circumstances may affect schedules. Trainers may be substituted at the discretion of  Data Minds. Data Minds does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free online content  delivery. Prices may change, and the curriculum may be modified if necessary. 

Data Minds provides training services professionally but may extend schedules based  on student progress or unforeseen events. Trainers may be substituted as needed. Data  Minds does not guarantee uninterrupted online content delivery or fixed prices.  Curriculum modifications may occur if necessary.

Certificates of Completion are awarded to students with 90% or higher attendance.

Registration fees are Rs 5000/- non-refundable, and course fee refunds are not issued  after 3 days or 3 hours of course commencement / Batch / Programme whichever is  earlier. Refunds for batch cancellations are prorated, excluding taxes.Refunds are  processed within 15 working days. No refunds are given if a student discontinues the  course. Refund policies for admissions via partner platforms follow the partner’s  policy.
